Fast Diet 123
There is this Dummies book on the subject.
Basic a short summary is 3 type of Diet.
1. Skip the Breakfast - O Oh breaking the Golden Rule, not too nice.
2. Warrior Diet - Sound Fancy . Its just means do a meal a day, may be for 3 days.
3 5:2 - The general term is call intermittent Fast. But real Fasting, probably just juice and fruit for 2 days.
Quite intense not recommended for most people.
May need to consult doctor for this kind of Plan.
(But those commercial plan says its work at short as 21 days)
