Actually it is a open food center.
Not too big, guess its one of those NTUC branch.
The food quite affordable, toast coffee and egg at only $ 1:40, those with card can even get more discount.
Should have some good food too.
Location at the other side of Pasir Ris, Costa side.
May be this under Food Attack too, "usable stuff"
