The material is loosely base on some motivation book and performance workshop which popular in the Market. Also some Physical training is involve as ENERGY is one of the Success Factor. And writer has some Military Infantry and Rebounce Experience. Hopefully the material and writing are Hopefully work out something in real-life. If not,  may keep your activity busy for some Times.

Some old School Stuff are highly recommended. Thanks to IT technology and YouTube Video, some good stuff are available openly to most people.

Relatively new school of performance Phycology, Mainly NLP and some Performance Thinking.

Phycology Crash Course.
This is the Latest short Course available on You Tube. Good for General knowledge and update on current Phycology development. Quite a good production with ample material about 30 episode of 10min short video course.

Training and Exercise.
Some speaker emphasize on energy level. A good Physical Level will add too over-all performance.

Non Gym - Indoor or Outdoor

Basic 5BX
Push-up x20
Jumping Jack 2x8
Squat and Lunge 2x8
Jogging 2 small round.
Short Interval Run x2

This one circuit is repeated 3 cycle. Will help on the physical side. Not to demanding and adjust for your own Physical condition.

Gym
If you have access to gym or neighborhood Sport and Recreation .For Singapore, the Entrance is Just $2.50.

Basic Gym
Just play around if you are new to gym.
A few set of Dumbbell Curl and Machine Press will do.
Start small and Light, rest in between.
And do some cardio exercise on the station cycle or treadmill.
