THE GOOD OLD BATTLE SHIP

One of my very First Air-Fix Model is a  Japanese Battle Ship 大和号。 Did not know Japs are Our Enemy Then. Just Impress by the Immense Structure of the Navy Ship. Even Later , Realised that it is the ONE ICON of the Japanese Imperial Navy Power. If it was Born in the WWI or Late Qing Era, It will be The KING OF THE SEA . Winning many Decorations.

But the WW2 saw a different kind of Navy Battle. Dominated by Air -craft Carry and Air Bombers and Torpedo's. The 大和 made its final Battle way back into WW2.

Sadly and Tragedyly . The MIGTHY Ship was SUNK by the USA NAVAL Bombers Topedos. Too Big a Target.

The British Battle Ship is of same ERA. Harbour right at SINGAPORE. Suffer the Same Fate.

The Pearl Harbour got its Holly-Wood Boost. Naval Base Singapore need some Good Story Telling to get the Same Footing. British is The USA of the Old Days. Gone are the Glory. But the Influence Remain.

Even The Qing Chinese Navy Buy Ship from British. It Japan-British Ship vs Chinese British Ship . The First Sino-Japanese Sea Battle
