Drive around with a Good Japanese Car and Hopefully a Second Hand Lexus if the Stock Return is Good. Upgrade to a Budget BUNGALOW if the SIDE BUSINESS take off. Went to some Uncle House which is ON-THE-LAND. NOT necessary Landed. He say actually not too expensive.
