Ultimate Weight Management Plan

Kind of the Brutal version.
Fast for two days.
 Eat at 50% for the other 5 days.

Eat bananas and drink lots of water.
Should be quite effective even if just two week.
Will see result in 30 days.

And the exercise part of 2 session of exercise per day.
40 min with one session of High intensity.

Not really advise to try this , unless you have some advance strong will power and some knowledge.
