Strongman little

Endurance sport athelete does not looks too good. After two years of tough training of pounding the road day after days, swearing like a good bath. The guy end up looks like a mal nutrition skinny bones. Of course you check the heart beat is perfectly good and fitness of top level.

The guy that just spend 3 month in the gym carry weight.
Often skip session due to busy work.
 Can only afford 2-3 session per week.
Just lift about 2-3 set of steel. Not much sweat after the 10 kg dumb bell lift.

The more on one will top up with 15 min cardio on station bike.
Sweat a little.
Quite a total exercise.
Look bulks up and strong.


Rise of the strong little.
Better if in s small group
